Dr. Rajesh Sharma is an experienced laboratorian with more than 18 years of expertise in clinical laboratory practice. He completed his MBBS from Government Medical College, Jammu, and pursued his MD in Laboratory Medicine at All India Institute of Medical Sciences.

He later contributed to a molecular research project approved by the Department of Science and Technology (Government of India), focusing on Lamivudine mutations in patients with chronic hepatitis. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive hands-on experience across hematology, clinical pathology, microbiology, clinical chemistry, and molecular diagnostics while working in the Department of Laboratory Medicine at AIIMS.

Dr. Sharma has also served as a part-time consultant in laboratory medicine at CDL, New Delhi. In addition, he held the position of Laboratory Head at Diagomet Lab Pvt. Ltd., a NABL-accredited laboratory in New Delhi.

His core areas of interest include hematology, clinical pathology, microbiology, molecular techniques, and laboratory quality control. He has also contributed to medical writing for Springer Healthcare, including platforms such as Medwire News and the Diapride app. Alongside his clinical work, he is actively involved in medical education, research activities, and conducting professional workshops.
